
About the Role
We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial sales and leasing representatives to join NOMAD Systems as independent contractors. This commission-based opportunity focuses on selling and leasing NOMAD’s industry-leading mobile units to a wide range of industries. Successful candidates will have the flexibility to work remotely and benefit from strong marketing support, technical training, and high earning potential.
Requirements
Experience: Sales experience preferred, specifically in B2B, technology, security, construction, or equipment leasing industries.(Strong performers in other high-commission industries like real estate, insurance, or industrial sales will be considered.)
Sales Skills: Ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close high-value deals independently.
Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to different industries (construction, law enforcement, commercial, etc.).
Self-Discipline: Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline without daily supervision.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining technical products (training provided); basic understanding of wireless technology, solar power systems, and security cameras is a plus.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to conduct client visits, site meetings, and demo trailer presentations if needed.
Technology Requirements: Ability to use email, CRM software, and mobile apps for lead tracking, quoting, and remote demonstrations.
Professionalism: Must be able to represent the NOMAD Systems brand with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
